This unique practice blends yoga and bodywork to bring relaxation to the body and mind. I will move your body through assisted yoga postures to bring you into a deep stretch, while promoting the free flow of prana. Through breath and supported movement my goal is to guide you into a state of blissful relaxation and a deeper state of awareness in your own body. This unique style of assisted movement was created by my guru, Amba Stapleton. My passion for this practice stems from our ability to show care for others through touch and mindful movement.
